Hello,
In the last few weeks my HP latptop keeps freezing and running very loud. I have tried all the solutions on the virtual troubleshooting from HP support assistant. I have performed a reset, completley wiped the laptop and started from the beginning. Have checked for viruses, installed the latest BIOS, cleaned the air vents with pressurised air etc, and there's no solution I can find. I am doing my exams and am finding it so difficult when it keeps freezing. It went out of warranty yesterday from PC World, who I couldn't get through to so am hoping for a cheap way to fix it. Please could anyone offer any help? I'd be very grateful as this laptop is kind of a lifeline.

Hello,
Thank you for your advice. I have tried this and everything passes without a problem which is why it is even more confusing. I've taken everything off and have no extensions or new downloads. Sometimes I will just have a word document open and it will freeze, or freeze upon saving.
