Notebook 4AF14UA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

With this laptop we are unable to resize any browser window in chrome, windows or edge.  When you go to the resize option it will not resize to anything other than expanded or completely minimized.  When you go to the Size option it doesn't work it is non-responsive.  The laptop is not in tablet mode.  The Alt S functions are not recognized.  Any suggestions as to what to change to be able to resize browser windows?

@Brenmore, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Is the model number of your PC - HP Notebook - 17-by0061st?

Make sure the tablet mode is turned OFF on the PC(re-verify)

Select action center on the taskbar (next to the date and time), and then select Tablet mode to turn it on or off.

Also, In Settings, under "Tablet Mode", you may want to try to turn off "Make Windows more touch-friendly when using your device as a tablet".

Toggle to on

Also, check for any pending windows update. Once done, reboot the PC and check if the issue persists.

Let me know how this goes.
