I own a HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer series - L411, however there are a couple issues. For starters, and the main issue, is that although this is meant to be a Bluetooth printer, it doesn't show up on Bluetooth on any of my Bluetooth devices, even when the Bluetooth light on the printer is on. So this means that there is some sort of connectivity issue, and after troubleshooting, the drivers and updates are all good, its just the "Device status." I have been trying to fix this to no avail. The second issue is that when I go to contact HP support and put the serial number in, the website tells me that the serial number is invalid, when I am reading it right off of the sticker on the printer. I would love if anyone could help me with this, as the printer is useless when unusable. Thank you in advance.
