Recently, whenever I have multiple applications open, there is a high chance of my laptop suddenly black-screening and becoming unresponsive. Any audio that was playing immediately stops, and my wireless mouse, wired keyboard, built-in keyboard, wireless headset, and trackpad all don't work. Ctrl+Alt+Delete has no effect when this crash happens. Closing and reopening the laptop doesn't fix the issue, and every time this happens, I need to do a hard shutdown and reboot the laptop to get it to respond again.
I have noticed that this issue occurs mostly whenever I am using discord and I have multiple audio sources playing at the same time (a game, youtube video, etc.). This issue started after I did a fresh install of windows 11 using a factory image drive from HP support. I have tried verifying the integrity of system files as well as checking for driver updates. If anyone has any suggestions to fix this issue, I'd be greatly appreciated.
