The HP Command Center looks fine, though with very sparse functionality to what I wxpected, but I guess this can be by design due to the laptop model. There is a function to boost / amplify network function, combining WLAN and LAN interfaces., but this the sw switch(es) controlling this function are not responding. They seemed to work for a moment initially, but not now:Setting up priorities
Enabling the function (I guess?)The switches that enable the boost / amplify function i snot possible to change (see image from norwegian UI)
This is a new laptop purchased 4 days ago, updated OS and drivers by builtin HP Support Assistant which should be by the book.
Btw, I uninstalled the preinstalled McAfee, which seemed to be causing blocking of Windows updates.

Greetings!
Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the network booster feature.
Appreciate you trying the steps. Don't worry, I'm here to help!
Let's try these steps -
1) Click the Windows Store icon in the system tray.
2) Search for OMEN Command Center.
3) Click Update.
4) Wait while the program downloads and installs.
5) Click Play. OMEN Command Center opens.
If the issue still persists, try re-installing the software -
1) Select the Start button, then select Settings > Apps.
2) Choose the program you want to remove, and then select Uninstall. Some apps built into Windows can't be uninstalled.
3) To remove an app you got from Microsoft Store, find it on the Start menu, press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall.
4) Restart the HP Omen and download the Command Center from this link.
Hope this helps!
Let me know how that goes.
