My HP Omen Command Center has no Overclocking option, I have installed the recent update and wondering how do I access such tools

I would need the exact model for your computer to assist you in this regard.

 

Meanwhile, I would like to inform you that not all the Omen computers have the option to overclock.

 

Please refer to the below article for the supported feature on each Omen computer.
