Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,
Let's try these steps here:
To restore the power plan's default settings in Windows 10, do the following.
- Open advanced power options.
- In the drop-down list, select the desired power plan you want to reset to defaults.
- Click on the button Restore plan settings.
Once done, now try and Change power plans to meet performance needs
You may follow the steps suggested in this support document for - HP Notebook PCs - Managing Power Options (Windows 10)
If the issue persists, I would suggest you run the Power troubleshooter:
- Click on the Windows icon on your computer, then type in Troubleshoot.
- At the left pane, choose Troubleshoot.
- Under Find and fix other problems, click on Power, then Run the troubleshooter.
- Follow the prompt, then see if it'll resolve the issue.
Let me know how it goes for further assistance!
That said, If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Have a great day!

Thanks for your help, for a few days it looked like the problem was gone. But yesterday it happened again. So I'm trying to use Linux for a couple of days and if the error occurs there too, it will be a hardware error.

Okay, so linux is working fine, couple days without problems, i think problems start after i done update to 1809,
I found this in the event log, just after I turned it on again.
temps are always around 50-60°C, so that errors doesn't make sense.
i´ll try to instal clean version Windows 10 Home with older build 1803.

In this scenario, you are correct as this could be an issue with the Operating system. I would personally suggest you perform a recovery using the recovery media.
If you have created one soon after purchase, you can use that or you can contact our HP support team to order one.
If you wish to create one, you may follow the steps from this support document - HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7)
In case, if you have trouble creating a recovery media, you can follow this support document to obtain a set of recovery media for your PC.
I hope this information helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help you.
Take care and have a great day ahead!
Thank you 🙂

Okay, so i installed clean Windows Build 1803, and problems are gone.
so solution for this problem is simple, DO NOT USE UPGRADE WINDOWS, better do a clean install or install from recovery.
because upgrading system it doing a mess with system files. 😄

I'm glad to hear you got it working.
Just for testing purpose, I would suggest you could also try to disable hibernation and check if that helps.
- Run CMD as Administrator, and type the following:
- powercfg hibernate off
I hope this helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance!
