Thunderbolt
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP Omen 15 GTX1060 model#WE66UA running Windows 10.  I have tried everything to enable the Thunderbolt port.

It does not show up in the device manager and I am not able to use my Black Magic Ultra Studio Mini Recorder to live stream Facebook for my school programs.

I have visited HP support assistant and updated and installed drivers (included the driver named Thunderbolt).

I have updated my BIOS

I have started and re-started.

I have even tried to manually add the device via my Device manager page as a Legacy device.

Can anyone help?

Does the  Black Magic Ultra Studio Mini Recorder work on other Notebooks?

Have you tried connecting any other devices to the Thunderbolt Port?

Since you have already updated the driver & BIOS, try creating a New User Account and check if the Black Magic Ultra Studio Mini Recorder gets detected in the New Account

If the issue persists please attempt a Reset and check if that helps.
