I've been experiencing keyboard issues with my HP OmniBook X Flip since the day I purchased it. Initially, the 7 and 8 keys would intermittently stick or fail to register when pressed. Over time, those keys improved, but now the W key has the same problem. Sometimes it works normally, but other times I have to press it multiple times before it registers.

I've updated Windows, restarted the laptop, and checked for software updates, but the issue continues. Since the problem has affected different keys over time, it seems like it may be a hardware issue rather than a software or driver problem.

I contacted HP Support while the laptop was still under warranty. They offered to repair it if I mailed the laptop in. While I appreciate the support, this is my primary work laptop, and I simply can't be without it for several days or weeks because I rely on it every day for my job.

I'm disappointed because this is marketed as a premium laptop, and I expected the keyboard to be reliable from day one. Aside from the keyboard, the laptop has been excellent—the display, performance, battery life, and overall design are all great.

Has anyone else experienced similar keyboard issues with the HP OmniBook X Flip? Were you able to resolve the problem without sending the laptop in for repair? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
