Hello,
My computer's battery drains on its own while the computer is turned off. After charging the battery to 100%, the computer is completely drained after just 2–3 days of non-use.
I ran a battery diagnostic on the HP website, and the battery shows no issues.
I would like to resolve this problem.
It is an HP Omnibook 17-dp0029nf laptop; the computer is brand new, purchased in September 2026.
