Hi yall,
I encountered the issue that my laptop kept lagging (freeze screen + static noise from speakers) for about 1 second ever few minutes. I noticed that if I turn of HP One Agent Service completely it fixes the issue.

Especially interesting for gamers since the laggs appear during games, youtube etc.

Hopefully this defect gets fixed soon 🙂

Regards

Do this:

- Press Win + R, type services.msc, Enter.

- Find HP One Agent Service, right-click > Properties.

- Set Startup type to Disabled; click Stop if running > apply and OK.

- Close window, restart laptop.

- Test it.
