Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am looking to sync up my IPhone and HP Laptop in the same way as Dell Connect works. I believe HP call it HP Orbit but this is not on my laptop nor is it listed in recovery options to install as the HP Website suggests. Where can I install this? What is the link. Thanks in advance.

There is an HP Quickdrop app which I believe has superseded the HP Orbit app.

You can download the above HP Quickdrop app from the Microsoft Store.
