Hey 

actually ive used hp orbit a few times but now when i try to open it, the process in the task manager starts but the window dont show up no matter what. what should i do?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

1. Restart your computer following these instructions >> https://www.digitalcitizen.life/7-ways-shut-down-or-restart-windows-10-pc-or-device

 

Make sure you restart the PC, not just shut it down.

 

Eventually, try again opening HP Orbit

 

2. If the issue persists even after that, go to Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and features

Uninstall the HP Orbit app

 

3. Download the latest version from here >> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80501-81000/sp80951.exe

Reinstall it
