HP Recommended

I tried the link and all it does is bring up a dos window with nothing.

 

I was told originally by HP that my programme that came with the laptop would not let my paired device disconnect as it had a problem with the original install so I was to uninstall and reinstall it. I did but it still picked up my paired device even though I had done the same thing on my phone. I could not get the two of them pair properly even though the numbers were the same. Now, trying to do the reinstall again, it picks up the device so there is nothing new to pair so it won't complete the download. I saw your post on the forum and tried to use the link to overwrite whatever was left after uninstalling again but only the empty dos window shows.

 

I really like the programme but this is getting ridiculous!
