I spent a lot of time working with HP Orbit on my desktop as well as on my iPhone 4s.  I don't remember exactly what I did, but it is now working.  These are the things I remember doing, in no particular order:

    • On the iPhone, I deleted the HP Orbit application and subsequently downloaded it again.
    • On the computer, I uninstalled HP Orbit and deleted all downloaded binary files that supposedly re-installed HP Orbit but didn't.
    • I then re-started the computer.
    • The next day, I clicked on the HP Orbit icon in the Start window, just for old times’ sake, and, lo' and behold, HP Orbit came up with numbers for pairing with my iPhone 4s!!
    • So, there!  Where does HP Orbit hide after it is uninstalled (if it can indeed be uninstalled)??
    • Who can answer me THAT question??
