Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Open the Start menu on your computer.

Search for and open Control Panel.

Select Programs and Features or Uninstall a program.
-
Scroll to HP Orbit in the list of installed apps.

Right-click HP Orbit and select Uninstall.
Next install orbit app
Use the following steps:

Search for and open HP Recovery Manager.

Under the Help column, click Reinstall drivers and/or applications.

Scroll down the list of apps to find HP Orbit.

Select the checkbox and click Install.
