Hi,
I installed HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows 2.6.3.0 (latest) and when I run it I have the application has exited unexpectedly. An event has been logged.

I uninstalled the app HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows from Apps > Installed apps. I also uninstalled HP Support Assistant. I reboot.
I can't find a solution to make it work.
Happening on my HP ZBook Studio 16 G10 Mobile Workstation.
How can I solve this problem?

I downloaded from support page https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-zbook-studio-16-inch-g10-mobile-workstation-pc/model/2101656... and installed them :
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows - sp153575.exe
HP Support Assistant - sp151723.exe
I can't start HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows, I can't find it in the Windows although it was installed correctly :
If I start HP Support Assistant and try to run a material diagnostic and click run :
It doesn't start HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows app instead I'm redirected here :
and then here where I can download HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows :

So it's the official app for my product and it won't work. What can I do?

Please try the UEFI diagnostics which is the most reliable, when you turn on the device press the F2 key several times, and see if it works there.
The windows one can fail for many reasons, users have not updated the HP drivers for diagnostics and notifications, or have deleted them, I have seen it in many cases thinking that being at the start of windows takes away resources for example, and other reasons.
