HP Recommended

An error message directed me to download and run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows as administrator. It was able to confirm that my BIOS was up to date. But when running the UEFI Diagnostics option, it said my computer couldn't run it and I needed to shut it down and press Esc and F2 when it was booting up. But that has not allowed me to run that part of the diagnostics.
