Product: HP Notebook 15-da0076nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Running Windows 10, ver 20H2.  Have ver 1.6.1.0  of subject.  Downloaded and tried to install ver 1.6.7.0  After it extracts, a command prompt window opens with a line of text, and stops.  I have redownloaded, run as administrator, disabled antivirus software and malware, same results.  Suggestions would be appreciated.
