HP Recommended
Product: HP ProBook 6470b Notebook PC

When I try to run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows, all I get is this, so what do I do (I'm not that computer literate, mind)?

I've uninstalled/reinstalled it, ran it on both HPSA 9 and the previous version, but I just get the same error message.
