Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased HP x360 1040 G7, and i had a problem with '' hp pen control app'' is says; HP PEN CONTROL is not compatible with this computer.

 

and i had an HP PEN spare ; 910942-001 , and it's not working on my device

The recommended Pen for this model is as follows

 

HP AES 2.0 pen with app button L57041-001
