Product: HP PROBOOK 450 G8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
We have installed Symantec Endpoint Protection on HP PROBOOK 450 G8 model notebooks. The operating system is Windows 10 20H2. We prevent the use of USB with a policy through the Symantec antivirus application. Then, when we plug a USB memory into the laptop, the computer gives a blue screen error and restarts. What could be the reason.

Sorry, but this is clearly an issue with a third-party, non-HP product and we have no way to debug or fix issues with those.
You will have to contact Symantec Support to find out what they suggest.
Good Luck
