Product: HP EliteBook 840 G6 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
After changing the driver and firmware updates in the SCCM module HP Patch management form critical to all. Bitlocker has been triggered on over a 1000 machines in our environment. Mainly for Elitebook 8x0 G6, G7 and G8.
How can we find the reason for this bitlocker issue, and how is this possible? Is there a corrupt HP driver?
When running only the critical driver and firmware updates we updated over 6000 machines without any issues!
We would like to find the root cause for this issue, but I have no easy tooling to find this root cause.
