Good day!

 

I am looking for the latest BIOS update for my HP Pavilion 11-n080ng x360.

 

I can't find anything for this laptop — "No downloads found".

 

I am also having problems adding my laptop. When I enter my S/N, the wrong laptop appears in my profile.

 

Laptop:

 

SN: Removed

PN: K0W11EA#ABD

 

I hope anyone can help me with Bios and drivers?

Hi @Koal-84,

Thank you for letting me know that you were able to find alternate drivers for the model using a commercial product. I do want to share that not all of these drivers may work seamlessly, as they are specifically designed for commercial PCs. I truly hope this guidance brings you closer to resolving the issue and gives you some peace of mind.

Thank you for reaching out. I’ve checked the details for your HP Pavilion 11-n080ng x360 (PN: K0W11EA#ABD).

At this time, this model has reached the end of support/obsolescence in our systems. That’s why you’re seeing the message “No downloads found” on the HP Support page. Unfortunately, there are no longer any BIOS updates, Windows drivers, or hardware support packages available for download from HP for this product.
 

What this means

  • HP no longer provides updated BIOS or driver downloads for this unit.
  • Windows updates (through Microsoft) will install and maintain most of the required drivers automatically.
  • If you need drivers, the only way is through Device Manager in Windows or using Windows Update.
     

Steps to check for and install drivers via Device Manager

  1. Press Windows + X → select Device Manager.
  2. Expand the category (for example, “Display adapters” or “Network adapters”).
  3. Right-click the device → select Update driver.
  4. Choose Search automatically for drivers.
    • Windows will search Windows Update for compatible drivers.
  5. If Windows does not find anything, the installed driver is the latest available from Microsoft.
     

About product registration mismatch

If entering your serial number shows a different model in your HP account, it’s usually because the model is no longer active in our current database. In those cases, you may not be able to register it correctly anymore.
