Hi:

I have a DELL WD19 docking station. It works perfect with a DELL laptop connecting two monitors.

Now I connected the WD19 to my HP Pavilion laptop model 15-eg2000 which has a Thurderbolt C port. I connected one HDMI cable and one Display port cable to the WD19 and had two HP monitors. It worked ok for 2 week except some time one of the monitors flicered. After two weeks, it stopped working . The LED on the C connector which connects to the Laptop keep blinking.

Why it worked for two weeks and suddenly stopped? Is there any prob? If I connect the WD19 back to the DELL laptop it works just fine.

 

Do I need any adapter? Please help me.
