Hi! i have a HP Pavilion 15-n051so and when i install windows 10 pro 64 bit it install drivers automatic. my problem is, the drivers are old back to 2016 / 2017 and i i have troble with the grafic. the grafic card says when i open new games like GTA V that the drivers are to old and i should upgrade. also in the grafic settings on GTA V it ways i only have 512 MB video memory and there is 1 gb ? I have tryd to install new drivers and used auto detection on ati radeon website. it find the card. first when i try to install it says error " AMDSplashScreen.exe" system error ( the code execution cannot proceed beacus mfc140u.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem.). so i reinstall windows clean. it still say old drivers and when i install the new drivers the whole computer start to freexe lagg when i move the courser. if i leav the PC it stand and running just fine but as long i try to move the courser it start to freeze lagg constantly. almost every game lag on the old drivers back from 2017 so i wish to fix this problem. my desktop PC are much older and less specs then this PC and it run the games just fine. the games i try to play is "Runescape old school, runescape, counter strike global offence and GTA V. i do not even dear to try World of warcraft or owerwatch so plz someone help me find the issue how to operate the PC drivers. so again the PC runs just fine it is just games that laggs but if i upgrade drivers to new ones it start to freeze the whole computer and it is barly usable.

@xxNoshadoWxx Welcome to HP Forums Community!
I see that this product was shipped with Windows 8 64bit, which means upgrading it to Windows 10 pro 64 bit, will require a retail version of OS and I'm afraid that's not supported or recommended by HP and the main reason to avoid doing the same apart from the fact that your product is designed to run at its optimal performance using the factory shipped OS & hardware, is that there could be driver compatibility issues like the one you have now.
The best way forward is to obtain a recovery media from HP: Click here for details, you may then use the steps from this link to perform a recovery and get the OEM back to resolve the issues: Click here
