My laptop's fan speed is crap, my temps are going  90c' and my fan speed is chilling on slow speed, I tried to use fan softwares like speedfan, notebook fan control, etc. And none worked, its not a hardware problem, I even got the fan changed and it is a software problem, some people told me to clean the fan and stuff, and I even did that and it didn't help, so I also checked my bios and stuff and it had no option of fan control, I went to all hardware problem fixing people and they had their hands down, they couldn't find the problem's cause. Now I am stuck with this problem and I need help.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating, and the fan speed is not increasing with the CPU temperature.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp79501-80000/sp79552.exe

Graphics: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-15-n200-notebook-pc-series/6529948/mode...

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
