After update Windows 10 Pro x64 to the lastest version available (1803) accelerometer stoped working  again (like in pevios update to 1709).

 

HP Pavilion 15 Gaming Notebook15-ak001nu.

Product Number : P5Q18EA#AKS

 

OS: Windows 10 PRO x64

OS Version : 1803

OS Compilation: 17134.1

 

I downloaded and installed HP 3D DriveGuard  -

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81001-81500/sp81142.exe

from suport again, but this doesn't helped.

 

 

What should I do to fix my problem?

Thank You for the help, here is the result:

 

It installs without error. In "Device manager", driver appears to be installed and working corectly, but "Drive guard" icon does not appeaed in system tray. Also Windows 10 "Event viewer" logs are:

 

 

"The description for Event ID 100 from source HP3DDGService cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer."

 

So I'm not sure is it working or not.

You're welcome :generic:

 

What you describe is what I would expect and is correct.  This latest version of the DriveGuard software just installs the required driver and services - there is no longer the systray option, which is the component that created problems with previous versions.
