HP Pavilion Sound Issue

I use the HP Pavilion, but I'm having the "no audio device installed". I have tried everything I've found on the HP community of people with similar issues, but nothing has worked so far. I tried installing the B&O audio control from Windows, but it says I have to install a Realtek driver. I went to their site, but they don't have one for Windows 11. I have done the device manager thingy and there was no sound driver to be updated. On the HP website, the sound drivers there are not for windows 11. What do I do now? This is frustrating.

I also tried installing the b&o audio device directly from windows but that too didn't work. I tried troubleshooting the sound problems, it also didn't work.
