HP Recommended

I was having this problem before I downloaded a new clean install of windows onto my computer. I didn't have anything I needed to keep anyways since it was originally my grandparents. I have not been able to even get the touchpad, keyboard, or USB ports working. They were working an hour before but the keyboard and touchpad having been working at all. Everything works fine in bios. I don't understand.
