Hello @Abdul-Qadir786
Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum. Welcome !
In order to fix this issue, please do the following.
1. Click on Start button
2. Type Control Panel and open it
3. Go to Programs and Features,
4. Find HP 3D DriveGuard and uninstall it
5. Restart the computer
6. Download and reinstall the app using the this version from here>> http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78033.exe
Most likely the above instructions should fix your issue. In case it doesn't you will have to also update/reinstall Visual C++ redistributables >> https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes

Thank you for coming back to me.
I asked you to search in Control Panel > Programs and features.
In your previous (initial) post you wrote you looked in Device Manager (these are different).
Please, have a look in Programs and features.
If you are still unable to find it there, just skip this and proceed with re-downloading and re-installing the app (instructions above).
Let me know how it goes.

Hi,
If reinstalling the app with the SP file solved the issue, no further actions are required.
These line are not always required and are provided in general. The application 3D drive guard needs MS Visual C++ package and something this may be needed if the C++ is not working.
