HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1026nia

Hello Guys, I use an HP Pavilion x360 14-dh1026nia running on Windows 11 with 4GB DDR4 RAM & 1TB HDD and ever since I got this laptop, I've been plagued with extreme lagging issues, so recently I had an idea that the issue could be a software issue and it might be coming from an outdated BIOS/Firmware, so I went to HPs Support Center on the Software and Drivers Section hoping to get an update but after selecting my device, I was asked to select the operating system but the list didn't have windows 11 listed there

so I reached out to HP Support on Twitter and the lead I got was to try to install it from the Device Manager, inside the Firmware node, on System Firmware. so I did but before I did, I noticed the System Firmware version was 10.0.22621.1 and the date for that version was 6/21/2006 but when I did, both of that changed to 15.11.0.0 and date was 11/9/2022, this was the message I got.

so I clicked the "Restart Computer"  option and it initiated the restart process then my laptop went off and came back on showing the HP Logo and a "Please wait while we install a system update" under it but it lasted for 3-5 seconds before my laptop went off again and came back on and loaded to the home screen. then when I signed in and went to the Device

Manager, I got this message.

so I restarted it again and got the same message the second time which I followed through and restarted it the third time and that was when I got a different message.

please I truly would appreciate your help with this, I hope that by getting this Firmware installed, I would be able to end this long lasting lagging issue. In the past, I have seen people with the exact same specs as mine or even less but their laptops don't lag at all so I really do believe there's a problem somewhere and it can be solved. please help guys, I really need this.

SIDE NOTE: I also noticed that the read and write speed for my 1TBHDD is less than 10MB per second but I've tested it and it is said to be 100% healthy, so there's that too.
