Hi @Mdshhussain,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

For your HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dh0xxx facing issues with the inbuilt keyboard getting disabled and the screen not auto-rotating, here are some potential solutions to try:

Keyboard Issue:

Enable Keyboard in Device Manager:

  • Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
  • Expand the "Keyboards" section, right-click on your keyboard, and select "Enable device" if it's available. If it's already enabled, try "Disable device" and then "Enable device" again.

Check Keyboard Settings in BIOS:

  • Restart your computer and enter BIOS setup by pressing the key indicated on the screen during startup (often F10, F2, Del, or Esc).
  • Look for an option related to the keyboard (like "Integrated Keyboard") and ensure it's enabled.
  • Save changes and exit BIOS.

Use HP Support Assistant:

  • HP Support Assistant can help diagnose and fix hardware issues. If you haven't already, download and run it from the HP website.

Check for Sticky Keys:

  • Go to Windows Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard and ensure Sticky Keys is turned off.

Hardware Issue:

  • If the keyboard works during boot but stops in Windows, it might not be a hardware issue. However, if none of the above solutions work, consider contacting HP support for a potential hardware diagnosis.

Auto-rotation Issue:

Enable Auto-rotation in Settings:

  • Go to Windows Settings > System > Display and ensure "Lock rotation of this display" is turned off.

Sensor Services Check:

  • Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Ensure "Sensor Monitoring Service" and "Sensor Service" are running and set to Automatic.

Update Drivers:

  • Even though you've updated drivers, specifically check for chipset drivers and sensor drivers on the HP website. Sometimes, manual installation might resolve the issue.

Use HP Support Assistant:

  • As with the keyboard issue, HP Support Assistant can help diagnose and solve problems with sensors and auto-rotation.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
