My HP Pavilion x360 laptop power light blinks when I turn it on, but does not load. Screen is black. I have tried unplugging the adapter, turning off the power and then holding down the power button for 15 seconds, and plugging the adapter back in. That did not work. Tried several times with no success

@LittleT25 -- is it blinking to indicate a problem with the power-supply?
Or, is it blinking to indicate that the laptop's battery has completely failed?
If you disconnect the external power-supply, and try to use battery-power to start your computer, does it start?
