Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi,
A problem for a mate, help appreciated.
He has...
New Laptop HP Pavillion 360 14-EK0003TU running Windows 11.
Problem
Will not register Kindle Paperwhite (eBook reader) connected via USB
Steps so far
- Have plugged in, rebooted. Removed rebooted.
- Kindle fully charged.
- Checked cables, working.
- Tried both USB ports. With other USB connection disconnected. Restart... etc
- Checked. Kindle recognised in Windows 10. Does not register in Windows 11.
- Windows 11 checked, up to date.
- logged to HP site to check. Says Ok
- Looked at drivers. See Windows drivers do not even show device.
- Windows Device Manager does not show Portable Devices. Problem?
Thanks guys, any thoughts?
Thanks
Paul

Please fix Kindle problem, not HP machine which may cause more problems than good.
Please use new driver for Kindle
