HP Pen Control NOT compatable with my device

After I did a clean Windows 10 installation media boot, I noticed that HP Pen Control, according to Windows Store is not compatible with my device. The HP Tilt Pen works fine, but I can't install the app for some reason. Can somebody present me a clear solution to solving this problem? (Again, Pen works fine).

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Step 1 Windows Updates - 

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates. 
2) Check for updates. 
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer. 

Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates - 

1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 
2) Check for updates. 
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer. And, also refer to this document Touch Screen Stylus Pen Is Inaccurate or Stops Working.
