Product: HP Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I bought the Spectre x360 convertible 15' something like 4 days. I didn't have any issue until the HP Control Pen stopped working: double click and nothing happen. I've tried to reinstall it, delete it from the WindowsApps folder but still can't fix it. When I open it using the cmd prompt I receive this error: system.windows.markup.xamlparseexception 'the method or operation is not implemented.' and others Exceptions info. I can't find any solution on the internet, seems like only I have this problem. Thank you for your patience and I hope you can help me; the last option is to restore the pc, but I would like to avoid it.
