Pavilion x360 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am having issues using the HP pen with my HP Pavilion x360 laptop. I couldn't download the HP Pen Control app through Microsoft Store so after reading some threads I could download the App but I'm still not able to operate the pen.

Please help me set up the pen.

Thank you

Hello @UC24,

Being unable to download the Microsoft Store's HP Pen Control Application most likely indicates that your computer does not support a stylus.

Was the pen included in the box, recommended by a sales agent, etc? May I know the model/product number of your computer and the pen to verify compatibility? (Please do not post serial numbers on the HP Support Forum)

Information on how to find a laptop's model/product number is detailed in this HP document.

Kind regards,

Eddy

No, the pen was not included in the box. I bought it separately recently, after asking about its compatibility via e-mail.

The product number of my Pavilion x360 Convertible is: Z4Q49PA#ACJ
