Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I recently bough a HP Pavilion x360 but the pen that came with the laptop takes too long to charge in fact, even after 4 hours the light is still orange for the first charge. Also, the pen control app keeps giving me the error message that this app is not compatible with this computer. checked all drivers and updated all softwares but the issue still persists...please suggest what to do as the laptop is still brand new.
