I use HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 with my ZBook 15 G5 mobile workstation. It is attached as a self powered device attached to Thunderbolt Port 1.

When I open HP Performance Advisor Block Diagram, I can't get Thunderbolt 3 Controller details. When I click on it, nothing happens. No Error message at all. The controller is not sleeping when a device is attached to one of its ports. Can you please help?
