Dear all, 

 

Now i found a resolution for optimizing errors in tune up check, the new version is not compatible as i observed with windows 11 and 10 as well so i downloaded the Legacy version and it is working now.

 

I would escalate this to HP Technical Team that there is some technical issue going on with new version of HP support assist and need to work out on it to resolve the issue so it can starts work to optimize the system without errors.
