How can I print the documents that are in my "My Things" folder now that the program is defunct. When I click on a project folder within the "My Things" folder, what comes up has strange names and if I try to print it, it prints as a tiny image rather than as the document it's supposed to be. What do I do? Is there a way to recover my documents?

What is the format of those documents ? Are they MS Word documents or something else ? HP Photo Creations software is designed to print photos.
Regards.

I guess I might have confused you when I used the term "document" . I just printed the collage pages from the HP Photo Creations photos. But, as I said, I cannot print them now that the program is no longer. Is there another way to print them outside the program?

Hi AC.
Yes, HP retired the HP Photo Creations program on December 1, 2019. The software no longer runs. Documents it created cannot be opened, though you can still see the small preview images. I'm sorry we couldn't reach you in time. We posted a shutdown notice in the program in September, along with instructions on exporting projects.
HP is soliciting ideas for future programs at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DPSWN6V. You can also contact HP Photo Creations customer support at www.hp.com/go/supportform.
Thank you,
