I need HP Power Manager for my laptop (HP PB460G11 U5-125H 16 (AD1X2ET)), but I can't find it.

Maybe it's included in another software package?

I need to manage battery parameters, and not through the BIOS.

I don't believe that the HP Power Manager software is supported for the Probook and Elitebook G11 model series as I don't see if offered on any of the support pages.

 

The last model series that contains that software download is the Probook 450 G10.

 

You can try installing that software, but I have no idea if it will work or not.
