Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all!

I have a new HP laptop and install the HP Power  Manager to manage the charge time.

I have set the BIOS and the battery schedule Start time/End time from 2am-7am daily, so it means outside that range, my laptop will not use or charge battery even plugged in. And i also set the charging limit to 15% (means laptop will start to charge if battery drops down below 15%).

But it doesn’t work. For example, it’s 10am and the laptop still charge the battery even i’m plugging AC power. I can’t control my charging time schedule as my expect.

Can anyone support me this issue?

Thanks,

Hello @HungSharkman

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.

It is allowed to post in public, no problem.
