Product: HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (544L9AV)

I am able to get into My HP app - but when i go into video controls I cannot click anything, edit any settings, I cannot see the drop down option for the the camera selection (it shoudl be two: 5MP or IR), I cannot edit/restore to defaults, I can not edit any of the enhnacement settings. So, the i cant test/activate the video tracking features (face, upper body...keeping your face centered etc). I just bought this laptop and no one at HP seems to be able to help me.
