Hp desk jet 2652 connect to internet wire  the printer working but no print no error number test and retest from hp scan doctor I believe community go to  pinpoint  the problem  and I appreciate  your help. I  hope find the  problem  thank you

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

 

  • Check Ink or Toner Levels: Make sure that your printer has enough ink or toner to print. Low ink levels can prevent printing.
  • Verify Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer via USB or wirelessly, depending on your setup. Sometimes, connectivity issues can prevent printing.
  • Restart Printer and Computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Turn off both your printer and computer, wait for a few minutes, and then turn them back on.
  • Check Print Queue: There might be pending print jobs in the print queue that are causing issues. Open the print queue on your computer and cancel any pending print jobs.
