HP Envy 6155e All-in-One Printer

I will not be purchasing anymore HP  products beside the ink for the printer.  I had/have a horrible experience.  I have been a loyal customer of HP for many years, until now.  I purchased a brand new  HP Envy 6155e All-in-One Printer from Target on February 6, 2026.  The printer stop working on or around April 14th, I contacted the HP printer technical support team.   The technical support person deemed the printer as no longer working after 2 hours of trying to trouble shoot as to what the problem was.   The technical person stated that I would receive a new printer.   I received a replacement refurbished printer, I initially brought a brand new printer that is still in warranty and in addition I had this printer less then six months.  I was told I was going to get a new printer and instead I was shipped a refurbished printer.  This is bad business practices in addition false information given to a loyal customer.  I will not purchase anything else from HP and I will not recommend the HP company to anyone.  I will be contacting the United States Better Business Bureau of NYC to file a complaint as well.
