When I try to open HP Privacy Settings, I receive the message ' An error has occurred retrieving Privacy Settings' and I cannot access them. Any ideas how to fix?

Thanks for your return,
Try the following solution:
On the keyboard, simultaneously press the Windows logo key and R. The Run window opens.
Type services.msc, then press Enter. The Services (Local) window opens.
- Locate HP Touchpoint Analytics or HP Analytics service in Services (Local)
- Make sure it is running: set it to start automatically and start it if stopped.
- Restart computer.
- Open the HP Privacy Settings application again.
Let me know if that solves the issue you encountered.
Best regards,🤠
