HP ProBook 465 G11 (A38JXET)

Hello!
I have an issue with CPU fan in 465 G11 (A38JXET) laptop.

The problem is that when the laptop is running, the fan suddenly turns on and stops after 1-2 seconds and this happens almost constantly. The mode in the BIOS is set to default - 0. I tried to change fan mode in BIOS from mode-0 to 1 and 2,  but the problem did not disappear. I noticed these constant interruptions in the fan's operation occur at the processor temperature of 50-60 degrees.

Looks like a poorly written fan control program in the BIOS. I updated BIOS to newest version but problem is the same.

Is it possible to fix this issue in newer BIOS version?

I have written to HP Support Service about my case with HP 465 G11.

For now I have get information from them that the reason of it can be fan.

But my opinion it is problem with BIOS.

I read information in forums, where there were mentioned about thermal tables that are embedded in the BIOS. Most likely the reason is in them, perhaps the program is written incorrectly for the fan operating modes.

The same problem, but with ZBook Power 16 G11, is discribed here:

And what can be noticed that mentioned problems are with the HP G11 laptops where AMD processors.

I think that BIOS must be updated by manufacturer with proper corrections regarding fan modes.
