We have delivered the above systems with an additional TG-3468 network card. The systems are standard HP configurations with 16GB of RAM, to which we have added extra RAM. The setup is therefore HP56U46BS8MD-16 and 9905783-526.A00G.

What we observe is that the systems occasionally (not reproducible) go completely black. Everything continues running, but the connection drops and the system becomes unresponsive. The only way to restore it is by performing a hard reset. After this, the system works again.

The PC controls a robot, and we see that it loses connection with the robot. The issue also occurs without robots, so it is not caused by the robots. However, this does result in communication loss. The PCs are set to High Performance, which means they should not enter sleep mode, and all related settings are disabled.

Even when the display sleep setting is turned off, we can see that the screen remains on but appears frozen.

Both the PC and the network card are running the latest drivers. We have tested the additional network card and RAM in other setups as well.
